Our CEO, Edy, is a resilience pioneer with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, Her globally recognized approach, IP, and tools for enhancing work/life energy have improved job satisfaction, productivity, and effectiveness of hundreds of thousands of employees throughout the world. Drew's role is to do everything that needs doing to get RVI our customers, investors, and processes, and people necessary to succeed. Drew is also a Professor of Entrepreneurship at Central Connecticut State University. Drew brings the skills he's used in his MBA and Ph.D. in Management (statistics, operations, and entrepreneurship) to train and support thousands of students and hundreds of start-ups to RVI! This includes 15+ years in the information systems industry. 20+years of experience in management consulting and strategy. Drew and Edy became friends as teenagers when they performed in ethnic dance festivals together. Drew's coaching and advice directed Edy into her doctoral studies at Harvard and they have collaborated personally and professionally since then.
Frank Garofalo has brought his UX and project management expertise to our team transforming our ideas, assessments, coaching, and other IP from mental and manual to wireframes and soon to an automated MVP! Edy was Frank's instructor at a Center for Creative Leadership Intensive Leadership Training program. After reading Edy's book Restore Yourself: The Antidote for Professional Exhaustion, he choreographed an exit from his corporate position and launched his own successful UX/UI consulting company.
Adiel is an Ex-Danoner who grew within the organization from Trainee into Operations Senior Leadership Team. Adiel has partnered to Functions Leader to enable the organization to achieve and execute the business strategy of the firm. She has led teams and integrated HR and business operations for 1,500 employees across 4 factories. At the same time, served in the leadership team of Operations and Human Resources as the voice of the Operations team. Currently taking full-time MBA to enhance a comprehensive business strategy viewpoint for future growth and aiming for People & Innovation area for a further career path.
Umang is managing the MVP / MMP development team. He is a consulting professional and an entrepreneur who has previously work for reputed firms like McKinsey & Co, and Heidrick and Struggles. His consulting experience encompasses projects primarily focused on M&A due diligence and talent strategies in emerging markets and technologies. His first stint as an entrepreneur was a B2B2C solution at the intersection of education and HR technology. Currently completing SP Jain's Global MBA program, Umang is a creative, data-driven, problem-solver building a global career at impactful organizations.
Sai is a senior at the National Institute of Technology Trichy - India who has been helping the team by creating an investor pitch deck for Resilience Oasis and creating the website that you are currently looking at. He is also working alongside the NPD Resilience Oasis App Team and taking up administrational tasks, some of which include RedSeer Consulting as an Analyst, Ernst and Young as a Risk & Advisory Intern, and at the National University of Singapore as a Summer Research Assistant.

Humairaa joined the team as an intern coordinator and is now a project manager with a portfolio ranging from website management to client account executive assistance. Her past work experience in the IT departments of an MNC and in various functions of startups both help her at Resilience Oasis. A junior at S P Jain School of Global Management - Australia, she is currently adding on to her technical background in IT through a business degree. She is a past student at McGill University - Canada and a past participant at the MIT Global Startup Lab.
